What Happens When You Call

Wiring is easier to deal with when somebody explains it plainly, and that is how we handle every call. Here is what to expect:

1. We ask about the symptoms or the work you need, including where the problem is, what you are seeing, and when it started.
2. We scope the job on the call based on what you describe, including what the visit will cover and what it will involve.
3. We give you a price before anything is scheduled. If the scope changes once we are on site, the price is confirmed again before any additional work begins.
4. We confirm availability and book the visit.

There is no invoice waiting at the end of a job that was not discussed at the beginning. The rate is settled before we show up.
